Day 01 – Arrival & Negombo

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and meet your guide for a warm welcome. Transfer to Negombo and check into your hotel. Relax and unwind after your flight. Enjoy your first evening with a beach stroll or leisure time at the hotel.

Day 02 – Negombo & Anuradhapura

Drive to Anuradhapura and explore the ancient city by bicycle. Visit sacred stupas, ruins, and historic monuments. Learn about Sri Lanka’s rich Buddhist heritage and ancient civilisation. Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.

Day 03 – Polonnaruwa & Dambulla

Travel to Polonnaruwa and explore the medieval city on bicycles. Admire its well-preserved ruins and intricate stone carvings. Continue to Dambulla and visit the iconic Cave Temple, home to its colourful murals and Buddha statues. Overnight stay in Dambulla.

Day 04 – Sigiriya & Kandy

Morning climb to Sigiriya, the Lion Rock Fortress, and take in panoramic views of the Cultural Triangle. Continue to Kandy and explore the sacred city. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of Buddhism’s most important sites. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 05 – Knuckles Mountain Range

Embark on an adventure in the Knuckles Mountain Range. Enjoy scenic hikes, waterfalls, and lush forest landscapes. Spot endemic birds and rare flora along the trails. Return to Kandy for an overnight stay.

Day 06 – Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

Drive to Nuwara Eliya through scenic hill country. Stop to view the Ramboda Falls and visit a tea plantation for a hands-on tea plucking and factory tour. Enjoy the cool climate and colonial charm of “Little England.” Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 07 – Horton Plains & World’s End

Take an early morning trip to Horton Plains National Park. Hike to the famous World’s End cliff and explore the misty plateau. Observe highland flora, fauna, and endemic birds. Return to Nuwara Eliya for an overnight stay.

Day 08 – Nuwara Eliya to Ella & Udawalawe

Take the scenic train journey from Nanu Oya to Ella, passing lush tea plantations and dramatic landscapes. Stop to admire the Ravana Waterfalls along the route. Continue to Udawalawe and check in at your lodge. Overnight near Udawalawe.

Day 09 – Udawalawe Safari

Enjoy a morning jeep safari in Udawalawe National Park. Spot elephants, water buffalo, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. Take photographs and enjoy the serene surroundings. Return to the lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 10 – Sinharaja Rainforest

Drive to Sinharaja and explore the rainforest with a naturalist guide. Walk along trails to spot endemic birds, insects, and unique plant species. Learn about rainforest conservation efforts. Overnight stay in Sinharaja.

Day 11 – Sinharaja to Galle

Travel to Galle and explore the historic Dutch Fort and Old Town. Walk along the ramparts and cobbled streets, soaking in colonial architecture. Enjoy leisure time in cafes or shopping boutiques. Overnight stay in Galle.

Day 12 & 13 – Leisure Days

Day 14 – Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure. Take with you memories of Sri Lanka’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, wildlife, and scenic landscapes. End of the tour.
