Day 01 – Arrival & Negombo
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Negombo. Relax by the beach with a gentle sunset walk. Take in the soothing sea breeze and start your wellness journey. Overnight stay in Negombo.
Day 02 – Wellness in Negombo
Begin with an Ayurvedic consultation with a wellness expert. Enjoy a full-body massage and herbal therapy for complete relaxation. Savour healthy meals made from local organic produce. End the day with gentle evening yoga. Overnight stay in Negombo.
Day 03 – Transfer to Cultural Triangle
Drive to the Cultural Triangle with a stop at a rural meditation centre. Check into a nature resort surrounded by peaceful forest landscapes. Spend the evening indulging in a foot ritual and herbal bath. Overnight stay in Sigiriya.
Day 04 – Sigiriya & Mindful Exploration
Start the day with morning yoga and pranayama. Visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress with a mindful walking approach to fully absorb the historic and natural beauty. In the afternoon, enjoy Ayurvedic therapies or meditation. Overnight stay in the Sigiriya area.
Day 05 – Dambulla & Kandy
Visit Dambulla Cave Temple in a quiet, spiritual setting. Transfer to Kandy while enjoying serene landscapes along the way. Experience sound healing or spa therapy upon arrival. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 06 – Kandy & Forest Meditation
Take a guided forest meditation walk in the morning. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic with a local monk or knowledgeable guide. Spend the afternoon enjoying Ayurvedic therapies and detox meals. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 07 – Nuwara Eliya Tea Hills

Day 08 – South Coast Beach Retreat

Day 09 – Full Day Wellness

Day 10 – Departure & Farewell
